Thanks to everyone for attending Friday night’s Community Consultation (21st March) to discuss the planning proposal for 350 homes on Kilkenny Farm’s land off Burford Road. The hall was at capacity and some very good discussions were had and notes taken. As promised, the notes from the evening can be found below to help you with writing your own response to the application, for or against.

Traffic Concerns: Many attendees expressed concerns about the potential increase in traffic on Burford Road and the surrounding areas.
- Environmental Impact: Questions were raised about the environmental impact of developing the farmland, including effects on local wildlife and green spaces.
- Infrastructure: Discussions about the need for improved infrastructure, such as roads, wastewater and surface water.
